I am having problems with my Epson Perfection printer and it now requires some expert attention.
Test prints show that two of the colour print heads are not working properly and I am using far too much ink on the usual machine generated solutions but am getting no where.
It seems as though the fault lies with the jet heads themselves but I know not how to deal with this. Any ideas or suggestions pse.

The computer shop at the civic is an epsom dealer, they have been brilliant at fixing my computers.
Also printer heads get gummed up due to lack of use on home computers, The Epsom website is a good place to start.

Printers are always a bit of a pain. Everytime I have had an issue the solution offered has always been the same- "buy a new printer". Invariably the cost to repair is more than the cost to replace with a new model.
It is worth typing your issue into Google and seeing if there are any Epsom forums that have any ideas, I did once fix a printer issue I had this way using internet advice when I thought my printer was ready for the bin.

Used the Compudoc, ok for PC and laptop issues, including rebuilds, virus problems, etc. Although they will build Pc's I'm not sure that they can do printers - so many different makes & models. Can but ask though.
